At Kids Dental, we work very hard to make a visit to the dentist as easy as possible for you and your child. Our team of dental and health professionals deliver quality service in a fun, energetic environment that is focused on the needs of younger patients. While we're having a great time doing our work, we take our commitment to helping "our kids" become cavity-free very seriously.
Dr. Carla Cohn
Winnipeg kids dentist Dr. Cohn graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba in 1991. She furthered her education, completing a post-graduate internship in Children’s Dentistry at Health Science Centre, Children’s Hospital. Dr Cohn regularly attends continuing education programs to stay current in the latest advances in modern dentistry. While practicing at Kids Dental, Carla continues to support "hospital dentistry" — treating children under general anesthetic in the operating room.
Carla is married to her high school sweetheart, Arnold, and they are devoted to raising their three sons. In her spare time Carla enjoys baking, cooking, reading and traveling.
Dr. Billy Wiltshire
Winnipeg orthodontist William Anthony (Billy) Wiltshire qualified as a dentist at the University of Pretoria with final year distinctions in Community Dentistry and Restorative Dentistry, following which, he completed his BChD (Honores) with Dental Biomaterials as his major (cum laude). His first Masters degree, the M. Dent in Restorative Dentistry was awarded, also cum laude, for his in vitro and in vivo work on Resin Bonded Bridges.
Next, he completed the 4-year full time specialty Master’s degree in Orthodontics, receiving the MChD(Orth) from the University of Pretoria in 1989 and registered as a specialist orthodontist with the South African Medical and Dental Council. Subsequently in 1995, he was awarded a Doctorate in Science, the DSc(Odont) for his research work on "Restorative and Orthodontic Perspectives of Clinical Dentistry."
Academically, Professor Wiltshire served as Professor and Head of the Department of Orthodontics and Chief Orthodontic Specialist at the University of Pretoria until he moved to Canada. Dr. Wiltshire took the exams of Royal College of Dentists of Canada and attained Fellowship in Orthodontics in the Royal College. He is also a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
Clinically, Dr. Wiltshire practices as a registered and licensed orthodontic specialist with Kids Dental and the multi-disciplinary Southwest Specialty Group practice in Tuxedo, Winnipeg. He is licensed as a specialist orthodontist in Canada with the Manitoba Dental Association and the United Kingdom with the General Dental Council. He is also eligible for registration in South Africa.
Dr. Katie Davidson
Winnipeg Kids Dentist Dr. Katie Davidson received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba in 2008 and completed her formal dental training in 2012, graduating with honours and receiving her DMD and B.Sc.(Dentistry) degrees from the University of Manitoba. She was awarded with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) Predoctoral Student Award and the Martin Nevile Award for outstanding work in the field of dentistry for children. Katie has been involved in dental research with the Manitoba Institute of Child Health (MICH) and is an active member of the AAPD, attending many continuing education meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in clinical dentistry.
Katie has thoroughly enjoyed being involved in All-Dentist Musicals, a theatrical fundraising initiative of the Manitoba Dental Association (MDA), taking on the roles of Sarah in Guys & Dolls and Inga in Young Frankenstein. When not practicing dentistry, the former All-Canadian U of M Bison volleyball player enjoys running, cycling and golfing to stay active. Katie is always excited to welcome new patients to her practice!
Dr. Anna Le
Winnipeg dentist Dr. Anna Le graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Driven by passionate interests, Dr. Le completed her formal dental education at the University of Manitoba in 2014 receiving her DMD degree. Dr. Le enjoys continuing her education to perfect her skills in dentistry for optimal patient care and hopes to dedicate more time towards helping underprivileged communities; her last dental mission was to Ecuador, where she treated patients of all ages in the Amazon jungle.
In her spare time Dr. Le enjoys a good video game challenge and experimenting with various cuisines and tasting culturally diverse foods. She has also discovered a passion for traveling to learn about cultures and lifestyles. She can often be found either at her local gym or out and about with friends and family. Dr. Lorraine Serletis
Dr. Lorraine Serletis graduated from the University of Toronto’s Human Biology program in 2006, and obtained her Masters in Biomedical Engineering in 2008.
It was during this time, while studying human umbilical cord stem cells, that a chance collaboration with the University’s Dental Faculty sparked her interest in the dental field and Dr. Serletis choose to follow her passion for helping people into dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree with Distinction from the University of Toronto in 2012.
Lorraine is also mom to three wonderful daughters of her own, and enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her family, being outdoors — when it's warm :) and she loves being able to experience life through her children’s eyes.Book with Dr. Serletis
Dr. Pamela Dahl
Dr. Pamela Dahl graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry before receiving her Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree (DMD) in 1996 from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Dahl was included on the Dean’s Honour List in her graduating year, and has received awards from the American Academy of Oral Medicine, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, and the American Academy of Orofacial Pain.
Before joining our Kid’s Dental team, Dr. Dahl’s passion for helping people led her into community outreach dental work here in Manitoba where she worked for the Centre for Community Oral Health (CCOH) with the University of Manitoba. Dr. Dahl has also worked in many of their outreach dental clinics and was the Director for CCOH.
In a teaching capacity, Dr. Dahl has supervised 4th year dental students in various clinical settings, and was the Course Coordinator of the Community Dentistry Externship Course for 4th year dental students.
In 2017, Dr. Dahl received the University of Manitoba Outreach Award and after more than 6 years as the CCOH Director, Pamela retired from this role to focus on working more directly with patients. Dr. Dahl continues to work at the Manitoba Development Centre in Portage la Prairie (one of CCOH’s clinics) treating residents with intellectual disabilities and recently celebrated her 14th year with the organization.
When Dr. Dahl isn’t providing her patients with fun, stress-fun dental visits, she enjoys biking, reading, travelling with her family, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Joanna Forbes
Winnipeg Dentist Dr. Joanna Forbes attended the University of Saint Thomas in Colombia, where she received her graduate degree in dentistry in 2008, and a post-graduate degree in orthodontics in 2012. Upon graduation, Dr. Forbes settled in Quebec and started working towards getting her dental license in Canada.
Dr. Forbes' lifelong passion for dentistry formed early in life and was a direct result of the positive experiences she had with her own orthodontist during her youth in Táchira, Venezuela.
With a desire to advance her skills, Dr. Forbes attended the International Dental Degree Program at the University of Manitoba in 2017, where she received the Canadian Academy of Periodontology Award of Excellence, the 3M ESPE Canada Student Clinical Award, the American Association of Orthodontists Award, as well as the Dr. Taras Yuri Snihurowycz Scholarship. Upon graduation in 2019, Dr. Forbes' passion led her to join our talented team here at Kids Dental.
When she’s not helping her patients have great dental appointments, Dr. Forbes enjoys staying active by playing tennis and continues her family tradition of sculpting novelty cakes from scratch, using the techniques passed down from her mother and grandmother.
Dr. Forbes is currently accepting new patients to her practice, and looks forward to being able to create the same kind of positive dental experiences for her patients that she herself had growing up. Dr. Forbes is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Sepideh Noruziaan
Winnipeg Dentist Dr. Sepideh Noruziaan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor in Biomedical Science, before her passion led Dr. Sepi to complete her formal dental education at the Western/Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, where she received her DMD and graduated on the Dean’s Honour List.
After a recent move to Winnipeg from Ottawa with her family, Dr. Sepi joined our talented team here at Kids Dental eager to advance her knowledge of children’s dentistry and work with parents to help their children achieve a lifetime of healthy and happy smiles!
Dr. Sepi is great with children of all ages, thanks to her friendly approachable personality, and when she’s not helping our littlest patients have great visits, she enjoys a variety of activities, including cooking & baking her favourite Persian foods, hiking & outdoor exploration, and hopes to dedicate more time towards helping underprivileged communities; her most recent dental missions having taken her to Grenada and Guatamala as a volunteer dentist!
